Tanaka Reina Birthday Event OtsukaReina Kai 4 ~26sai ni Nacchatta yo!!~ (田中れいなバースデーイベント おつかれいな会4〜26歳になっちゃったよ！！〜) was Tanaka Reina’s 26th birthday event. Two shows took place on November 11, 2015 at TOKYO FM HALL.

The fanclub-exclusive DVD was released in February 2016. It is separated into two volumes: the first features Tanaka’s birthday event, and the second features the “Tanaka Reina Shotaiken! Hajimete no Tokyo Kanko!” in which she visits locations around Tokyo for the first time with Joujou Gundan.
